To keep every session safe, focused, and welcoming, we ask that all clients review and follow the guidelines below.
01General Etiquette
- Please arrive on time and wear clean, comfortable clothing.
- Remove your outdoor shoes before entering the practice area.
- Clean and return shared equipment after use.
- Only water is allowed in the practice area.
- Please avoid strong perfumes or scented lotions.
- Silence your phone and be respectful of other clients, instructors, and staff.
- Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
02Health & Safety
- Please do not attend class if you have a fever or a contagious illness.
- Tell your instructor before class about any injury, pregnancy, or health condition.
- Work within your own limits and follow your instructor's safety guidance.
03Cancellation & Payment
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be deducted or charged in full.
- Used or completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals may be denied entry, with no refund.
04Membership
- Membership fees are billed monthly.
- To pause or cancel your membership, let us know before the next billing date.
- Whether unused sessions carry over depends on your membership plan.
